Abstract

The project Pharmacy Maintainer System is used for maintaining the sales and purchase entry for each and every customer who has involved in the shop. Before sale the tablet to customer, the administrator has entered their details in the customer entry meanwhile the pharmacy owner maintaining the supplier entry also.

Introduction:

The main aim of the project is the management of the database of the pharmaceutical shop. This is done by creating a database of the available medicines in the shop. The database is then connected to the main program by using interconnection of the Visual Basic program and the database already created.

Application:

This program can be used in any pharmaceutical shops having a database to maintain. The software used can generate reports, as per the user’s requirements. The software can print invoices, bills, receipts etc. It can also maintain the record of supplies sent in by the supplier

Travels Management

Abstract:

The project Travels Management System is used for maintaining the Travels for each and every Customer who have involved in the travels management company. Each and every customer has own personal information and also having Travels, Driver, Vehicle and trip sheet information. Before providing Travels to the customer, the administrator has gathering customer personal information.

Master:

Master module is used to add new Customer details, Travel details, Driver details, Vehicle details and Trip sheet details.

Customer Details:

Customer details module is used to add customer personal information like name of the customer, address of the customer etc., these information are added by admin (i.e Travels management company) which are stored in data base and we can search the customer by name and phone number in the search option.

Travel Details:

Travel details module is used to add Travels related details like name of the Travels, address of the Travels etc., these particulars are added by admin which are stored in data base and we can search the Travels by name and phone in the search option.

Driver details:

Driver module is used to add driver’s personal details like name of the driver, address of the driver, license number of the driver, license type of the driver, issue date of license and expiry date of license particulars are also added here, which are stored in data base and we can search the driver by driver id and driver name in the search option.

Vehicle details:

Vehicle module is used to add vehicle details of the Travels Company like vehicle name, vehicle number and vehicle type and also here we are providing travels name using this which travels name is pertaining to which vehicle id. Through this module we can able to know how many vehicles are having by the travels agent. We can search vehicles by vehicle id and vehicle name in search option.

Trip Sheet:

Trip sheet module is used to add trip details and also here we are providing particular trip and that details through this we can able to know one customer is taking which vehicle name, number, travels name and driver name. Here we are providing extra information about kilometer details like starting km and closing km, starting date and closing date , starting hours and closing hours, fuel advance cash advance and date of the trip details which are stored in database. We can search trip by trip number and trip date.

Search details:

This module contains the following searchable options to search customer by providing customer name and phone number, Travels search by providing Travels name and phone number, Driver search by providing driver id and driver name, Vehicle search by providing Vehicle id and Vehicle name and Trip sheet search Trip number and Trip date.

Reports:

Report module is used to view entire customer details, Travels details, Vehicle details and Driver details and also trip sheet entry details.

Change Password:

This module is used to change the password here admin can change their password.
